Our main task in January and February is winter pruning, but also a lot of basement and office work. After spending a few days in the basement/office, we decided to go outside, despite the cold.
This morning it was minus 10 degrees, in the vineyard it was still -6 degrees. Really cold, but beautiful: blue sky and finally fresh air again – exercise and hot tea included, of course.
