Hi! Let me introduce myself. My name is Henrietta Anefalk and I have been working with food for more than 15 years and have had a passion for cooking my whole life. I have a master’s degree in Culinary Arts and Meal Science from School of Hospitality, Culinary Arts and Meal Science, Campus Grythyttan in Sweden. I have had my own catering business and been the Head Chef for a popular restaurant in Visby but also worked in some of Stockholm’s best kitchens. In 2017 I published a cookbook with recipes for the whole family, and it became “Best in the World” at the Gourmand Awards in China the same year. Since then, I have been working for the #1 Food Company in Sweden writing recipes that have been seen and used by thousands each week.
