It’s done, the 2022 harvest is in the basement. As for all other winemakers, it was a real challenge, we are tired but happy.
This year, not only was September rainy, but the weather as a whole was very unstable. In addition, the virus has repeatedly decimated our harvest team and this combination makes manual harvesting a real challenge. Now we’re looking forward to tasting it, because there are no compromises when it comes to quality, so you can look forward to a very good drop again. Looking back, it has also been confirmed that our way of relying more and more on PIWIS is the only right one for the future.
