This autumn, we’ll be harvesting our first Souvignier Gris – an exciting PIWI variety that impresses not only with its resilience but also with its unique character in the glass.
Look forward to a powerful, elegant wine with delicate fruit, notes of ripe pear, yellow fruits, and a hint of exotic aromas. On the palate, the Souvignier Gris is harmonious, full-bodied, and pleasantly fresh – a true wine of the future, guaranteed to delight. 🍷
With this new planting, we’ve reached another important milestone: 50% of our total production is now dedicated to PIWI grape varieties.
Why are we taking this path? Because PIWIs require up to 80% less pesticides, conserve resources, and simultaneously deliver outstanding wine quality. For us, this is sustainability in action – for the environment, for our customers, and for future generations.
