A fixed point is certainly the ÖWM Marketing Day, the Organic Wine Days, and this year the Austro Vin in Tulln. But you’re always learning something new and the desire for new things spurs you on, which is why this year there’s also a cellar management and fine-tuning before bottling course at the Klosterneuburg wine-growing school on the program.
