At the Winemakers Dinner at @siljansnashotell.se in Dalarna, we had the pleasure of sharing our wines with a total of 90 guests over two evenings. Seeing our wines become part of a perfectly coordinated six-course menu—how each course paired perfectly with its chosen wine—inspired us all equally.
Thanks to Karin, all the guests got to know our winery and, of course, the story behind each wine. This interplay of culinary delights, wine, and atmosphere was simply magical ✨
