Clearing – for new vines of the future
What a view… high up in the Dorner vineyard is our new vineyard, which we cleared in December, as you can see. Cutting down, wires down, plugs out and in the meantime the columns and vines have also been pulled out and we are waiting for the ground to no longer be frozen so that we can smooth out the area.
But more importantly – what do we plant? Guess what it will definitely be another #wine of the future or #piwi. Can you guess the variety?
