Our old vine is quite a muscleman, which was stored in steel tanks until the end of September and expanded using long yeast storage. The wine has a massive fruity play of old apple varieties, very piquant and juicy primary fruit, also a little pepper and mineral components, the bundled pome fruit returns on the palate, persistent and long in the finish.
