At the end of the year, we’re bottling something very special:
A powerful red wine made from the PIWI variety Roesler – aged for 24 months in small barriques, deep, dark, full of character. Only 400 bottles. There’s no more.
What is Roesler? An Austrian PIWI variety from Klosterneuburg with roots in Blauer Zweigelt, Seyve Villard, and Blaufränkisch – robust, resistant, ideal for organic viticulture. Intense in color, with notes of dark forest berries, herbs, and delicate spice. A truly futuristic wine that also shows attitude in the glass.
What’s Rösler like? Dark. Powerful. Sustainable. Extremely limited.
When will it be available? If you’re curious, stay tuned – we’ll reveal more soon.
