\ud83c\udf3f Two weeks full of dedication, responsibility, and unforgettable experiences! \ud83c\udf77
For the past two weeks, we were delighted to welcome Louis and Tim from the Palatinate region to our winery. What made this internship so special was that they weren’t just involved in day-to-day operations; they organized their entire internship independently \u2013 from arrival and departure to planning their daily routine, including breakfast, laundry, and everything else. And yet, they were always there every morning, punctual and motivated. \ud83d\udcaa Together, we accomplished a great deal:<\/p>\n
\ud83c\udf47 Working in the vineyard, including weeding, tying up vines, leaf removal, and mowing
\ud83c\udf7e Labeling, packaging, and preparing for shipping
\ud83d\ude9c Gaining insights into organic farming, cellar management, and marketing
\ud83c\udf77 Assisting with tastings and events
\ud83c\udfe1 Visiting fellow winemakers and the Winzer Krems winery<\/p>\n
Of course, we also had plenty of fun alongside the work. Together we visited a few wine taverns, took a tuk-tuk ride, enjoyed the pool, and had many interesting conversations.<\/p>\n
