This autumn, we’ll be harvesting our first Souvignier Gris \u2013 an exciting PIWI variety that impresses not only with its resilience but also with its unique character in the glass.<\/p>\n
Look forward to a powerful, elegant wine with delicate fruit, notes of ripe pear, yellow fruits, and a hint of exotic aromas. On the palate, the Souvignier Gris is harmonious, full-bodied, and pleasantly fresh \u2013 a true wine of the future, guaranteed to delight. \ud83c\udf77
With this new planting, we’ve reached another important milestone: 50% of our total production is now dedicated to PIWI grape varieties.<\/p>\n
Why are we taking this path? Because PIWIs require up to 80% less pesticides, conserve resources, and simultaneously deliver outstanding wine quality. For us, this is sustainability in action \u2013 for the environment, for our customers, and for future generations.<\/p>\n
