For us, the fungus-resistant varieties (PIWIS) are the future, for more sustainability and a more conscious approach to nature – some advantages:
\u2022 More robust, vital vines and stronger berry skin have a positive impact, especially with regard to climate changes, expansion and yield security.
\u2022 high resistance, requires only 2-4 crop protection applications, reducing time, energy, costs, environmental impact and soil compaction.
\u2022 Own varietal character with a new variety of aromas<\/p>\n
This also includes our Johanniter : Purely filled and a fixed point in our wine range. Very fine development style, oranges and apricots, plus lemon balm and bergamot, fully ripe character reminiscent of Riesling, lively acidity, extremely crisp, 12% alcohol – a wine that inspires<\/p>\n
